LYRICS: It’s Friday night and closing time in Texas The boys have had too much to drink again Now I’m alone, surrounded by sensation But what I’d give to feel it one more time I’m going to ruin my life Self-sabotage on my mind So take me to the water, let me sink a little farther I’m going to pass the time by ruining my life I woke up in that hospital in Sydney Yeah, where we went when Jayden broke Ali’s nose. The nights were long, and I could hardly face them But what I’d give to feel it one more time Yeah, what I’d give to feel it one more time I’m going to ruin my life Self-sabotage on my mind So take me to the water, let me sink a little farther I’m going to pass the time by ruining my life I’m falling back to you Picking up, picking up the pieces I’m falling back to you No sense in ruining my life I’m falling back to you Picking up, picking up the pieces I’m falling back to you Oh fuck, I’m ruining my life Yeah, I’m ruining my life I’m ruining my life I’m going to ruin my life Self-sabotage on my mind So take me to the water, let me sink a little farther I’m going to pass the time I’m going to ruin my life Self-sabotage on my mind So take me to the water, let me sink a little farther I’m going to pass the time by ruining my life
