Buy or stream 'Mistakes' here: https://fredv.bfan.link/mistakes.yde Fred V returns to the imprint with ‘Mistakes’ alongside Luxtides, the second single amongst a very busy 2026. Making use of diminished chords from the jump, Fred V sets a dark and dreamy tone; and it doesn’t take long to arrive at the first drop. Acid-drenched basslines and R&B-infused vocals are woven throughout - positioning Fred V’s mastery of external influences front and centre. Off the back of ‘Horizon’ with WHAT EVA in February, Fred V continues to explore the darker avenues of drum & bass. Diving into a deeper headspace for inspiration, Nashville-based vocalist and songwriter Luxtides exists at the crossroads of whimsy and gloom - the perfect accompaniment to Fred V’s evolving artist persona.
