Description

Buy / stream: orcd.co/hold-up Following the runaway success of last year’s ‘House Machine’, William Kiss returns to Gudu – this time with fellow countryman Luke Alessi in tow. Both tracks here are club music stripped down to its most economic and essential, aimed straight at the floor with no needless fat or fluff – just how we like it at Club Gudu. ‘Hold Up’ is all about a timeless sample, groovy drums and an undeniable bassline, until some rave stabs enter and take things higher for the track’s second half. B-side ‘Rambla’ then takes things heavier, as the pair get busy on the drums and delays. Who needs a melody when you have that snare riff? Tracklist: 01. Hold Up 02. Rambla
