Listen & buy: https://defected.lnk.to/DFTD742 Route 94’s house hit ‘4Get The Girl’ is remixed by Texas twins Mellizos on Defected Records. With the OG released in April 2026, Route 94’s love letter to UK deep house ‘4Get The Girl’ was well-received by house fans new and old immediately, finding its long-awaited home on Defected Records and capturing listeners across Australia, the Netherlands, Belgium and its home country of the UK. Now the record is remixed by Mellizos, a rising DJ and producer duo known for their funky basslines and minimalistic sound - earning them over a million monthly listeners on Spotify alone. Their Beatport-climbing 2026 hit ‘My Life Is A Disco (In The Mix)’ showcased this sound and their ear for samples, then capturing the attention of the Defected A&R team. Mellizos’ remix of ‘4Get The Girl’ ups the tempo considerably, taking the more understated feel of the OG and transforming it into a peak-time belter for the late club nights, with the record already supported by the likes of Franky Rizardo, Joseph Capriati, Marco Corola and more… Be one of the first to hear about our music, events, and more: https://defected.lnk.to/SignUpIN Follow our Defected Playlist: https://defstream.lnk.to/Defected2026 Stream Defected Broadcasting House HERE: https://defected.lnk.to/BroadcastingHouse Music: https://defected.lnk.to/Music Shop: https://store.defected.com Defected YouTube is the home of house music with artists including MK, Sam Divine, CamelPhat, Gorgon City, Monki, Louie Vega & Dennis Ferrer.
