Just days after release, the track surged to #1 in the Beatport Top 100 Mainstage chart, immediately marking its territory at the peak of global festival and rave culture. Originally celebrated for its relentless whistle hooks and pumping basslines that made it a staple across international DJ sets, ‘It’s That Time’ resonated with millions worldwide, earning enduring support from DJs and dancefloors alike. Now, ‘Makina Time’ reinvigorates this iconic motif, expanding its scope with genre-bending influences that channel old-school rave DNA through a contemporary festival lens. The instantly recognisable vocal and melodic elements are reworked into a driving, high-octane structure, merging pounding bass, manic builds and uncompromising energy.
