Listen & buy: https://dftd.lnk.to/GBCPZ2625272 A 4 To The Floor classic by Josh One, remixed by King Britt, is updated by French selector Salomé Le Chat on DFTD. Originally released in 2001, ‘Contemplation’ by LA producer Josh One quickly climbed the European charts on release and secured the top spot on the German Dance chart. Then a year later, King Britt’s Funke Remix turned the reggae-esque OG into a funky, organ-led house anthem with a rolling bassline. Now 25 years later, Paris-based DJ and producer Salomé Le Chat lends her signature cool touch, one that often spans techno, house, disco and garage, to the seminal record; Le Chat’s years of experience on the world’s biggest stages and freshest underground spaces come together with Josh One and King Britt’s deep house expertise for a striking addition to the DFTD catalogue.
